Get rid of them while you can, it took them over 4 months to pay me through paypal, and they only paid me $60 out of $140 they owed me. If i lived in america I would find there office and throw a brick through their window with a nicely written letter wrapper around it. They will rip you off if they get the chance if you give up on contacting them for your payment.
They still owed me USD600+ from last year missing payments, I had emailed them like 20 emails and still they don't want to pay me instead of lying me that they had sent the payment which I never get it. If you are in contact with Quianna Sears from the accounting department, good luck with that, she will always lie about payment been sent and closed your ticket. I've been getting this kind of respond numerous of times. For your info, CPX will set up a booth at the San Fransisco Ad tech on 15-17th of April http://www.ad-tech.com/sf/adtech_san_francisco_exhibitors.aspx?exid=315 and i wished I could attend and asked where's the payment they promised to send.
I m using cpx more than 1 year it's better to change ur payment option to paypal . I always received my money btw the 1st of the month & the 4th.. good luck for everybody
I have no alternative, AdBrite doesn't pay paypal, AdToll doesn't pay good, Widgetbucks completely sucks, CPX pays low but still fine for me as it's good eye catching banners. Most of my revenue comes from direct advertising.
