Cpx is not accepting new publishers?

    i have tried 3 times to join cpcinteractive but i havent got any message from them if they accept me or no
    my website is warez with 10k impresions

    I applied a few weeks ago and they responded. They said you need an alexa rank under 100k to even get considered.
