CPX interactive payment delay , whats the issue ?

I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

This is my first experience with a CPX payment and i am yet to receive my October payments. (which i am supposed to get in 1st week of december)

Which leads me to believe , is CPX a trustworthy company ? or some scam ?

 

Maybe they are running out of money. You are not alone with the payment problems with Cpx. Check out the forums within direct.rightmedia.com. The top posts seem to be with missing payments from Cpx and Vizi.

I wonder if they are the same company or something?

 

I always get my payment from cpx into my paypal around the 28th of each month.

I emailed them and they said all payments for this month will be complete on january 2nd when they get back from the holidays.

Have you contacted them? They were having some issues with October payments

 

I did receive my payments of October in-between December.

 

I got my 2nd payment on 1st of December, They usually pay me on 5-6th on every month via PayPal, They are not scammers at all, You can mail to "Brian Weigel" <b.weigel@cpxinteractive.com> directly, I always mail him if i want to ask anything, He is from Support Department and he will forward your ticket to Billing department

at least now i'm rest assure my DEC payment of $1k will be mailed to me on Jan 2008

 

It all depends on when you sign up.

 

If you are talking about your earnings for the month of DEC (Dec1st-31st) you will not be paid at the beginning of January 2008. The payments are NET 30, therefore you will get your December earnings at the beginning of February 2008.

 

Still not paid yet.

October payments pending !!!!! Have opened 4 support tickets , 1 per week... no response.

 

i thought they're very reputable and well known in the advertising industry??
how come you didn't receive your check or payment yet??

oh ya, i think i got an email bout them taking a vacation or something??

 

I heard somewhere that CPX office will be close from 22 December to 2nd Jan 2008, But i am not sure

ya cpx office is closed today it will open tomorrow coz holidays r going to end.

 

i got my November earnings paid to me on January 04 2008

 

I havent got my october earnings yet !!!

but CPX start work on 2008/01/10 on 2008 year
