CPX INTERACTIVE owes me $3,954.70 USD

CPX has owed me $3,954.70 for 1 month now.

My account manager, I won't mention his name yet, had told me I would receive the wire on 11/2/07 ... we are now 11/22/07.

The accounting girl he put me in touch with on AIM actually blocked me on AIM after I asked her for an update on my money. To top it off, she even sent me an AIM % Warning. I had simply asked her for an update twice ... I guess it was too much to handle for her ... talk about professionalism eh ?

I sent them an ultimatum and if by next Tuesday, the 27th I don't receive my funds, I am involving my attorney into the matter.

I understand that there is a lot of scammers out there ... but for CPX INTERACTIVE ... a major ad company advertised on the REVENUE magazine, for it to hold my money like that and keep me in the dark ... damn ...

I am definitely going to post updates here on the situation ... I'd rather you read this before investing time and money with CPX ... yes I know there is mixed reviews about them on DP ... but I definitely am making my review count ... you can only imagine what I think of their accounting girl ... heh ... someone owes you 4K and puts you on block

After making the first $50, or so, why didn't you drop their ads?

Yeah. ... You're right. It's better to let it get up to thousands of dollars.

    What was I thinking?

Perry, I think he would've dropped them a long time ago if he knew that it was going to cause him problems.

Perry you're such a arrogant asshole...are you sure you dont have a mental condition? If you do I apologise.

Why would he stop at $50 if he was making money? And whether it was $50 or $5000 the company isnt going to pay him whatever the amount if they dont want to.

Try to be a little bit nicer to the members here.

Understood, kerimz2007, but why let it build up to that point? Why let it go past a certain dollar amount? It's better to lose $50, or whatever, than ten times that amount. Pause or cancel the ads until one gets payment. Once that $ amount is received, resume the ads.

    Maybe I'm missing something here?

    Anyway, I was just curious.

Hope it works out for you, YEPmob.

    *still laughing at ernster*

    Poor guy.

    You spelled apologize wrong.

Actually, he didn't. It is the correct spelling for those who actually speak English, not the butchered American equivalent.

I almost spit my beer all over my monitor.

Keep 'em coming, dumbass. Laughter is good for the soul. I don't feel much like working tonight, and I need entertaining. But start a thread on your own, so you don't ruin yet another one with your amusing ongoing whining.

I am an advertiser not a publisher ...

What happened is I cancelled my campaign with CPX because of poor results ... They are the only major ad company we had poor resutls with ... Kind of funny because they promised me the world ... We currently invest in the 6 digits with ValueClick / Casale / Tribal Fusion, never had an issue with them. We know our offer is one of the highest converting offers out there, literally.

What I see about CPX is they'd rather promote their OWN offers instead of welcoming aboard advertisers like us ...

Anyways, you are hearing out the advertiser talk ... I know most of you are publishers ... and there's mixed reviews on the publisher side regarding CPX on DP ... I did my reading on that last week, just be warned guys.

I'll be letting you know if CPX does the right thing and pay me my money early next week ... If they don't ... unless I travel to NYC for a 2 day holiday and pick up my check at the CPX office (yeah, I'd walk in and meet the b**stards that owe me money) I'll get my attorney on board...
