i got suspended but called them on the phone and got back in.

 

I signed up with them, 2 days later my account was suspended. LOL
I contacted John, the rep there and he assure me my account will be reinstate and when it does, he will notify me.

Question is, how long will they take to add me back in their system?


Also, about the income of people who gets suspended, it was clear in their notification that any revenue you earn while being with them will be paid.

Yes I do 200,000 It was a mistake.

 

I was told the reason they where cleaning out the network is to improve the rates they have.

 

They will pay pay you like they said in the e-mail.

 

I'm also got suspended by them with the same reason. I just email my account exec Chris Brennan asking him to look at my account. Still waiting. Hope the will be a good news. Will updated you all when I got any thing about this.

 

well i have problem with them so far too.their support told me i will get pay at first week of month.but today is 22 and i still got nothing.i asked my support about this and she said my payment already issued.i asked them again which day did they send my payment? then she said she can't provide me payment information ? then she give me other email.i contacted again via that email,10 days past and no reply

Not good company.

 

They have not refunded my money although i have mailed them several times. It looks cheap but i think they are planning to eat everybody's money.

 

I just email my account exec Chris to check back how my account status after 7 days waiting. Still waiting for the reply. I also don't received any payment yet for this month.

 

just came accross this thread as i'm wanting to sign up with cpx.

i need a adsense/adbrite alternative but according to some comments here CPX rates are pretty lousy.

any good network you guy would recommend?

 

My website gets 10 - 15 million impressions per month. I used CPX, every month approximately 3,500 accrues and every month I only get a cheque for 400$. Its ridiculous. I think they are the worst company out there.

They just suspended my account about two weeks ago too due to not enough requirements.

They were excellent for filling my inventory, but since they aren't my primary advertiser (adsense is), they only display impressions set to 25% of the time on the site, plus since they have the topfold rule, it limits the impressions that can be displayed.

I don't worry much though, as I get 1 million views a month, and they took 3 months to pay out $25. Pathetic.
