    Hi,

I'm suddenly getting Cpu/Server Overload emails which I've never received before.

I transfered to a dedicated server and ever since i transfered i get this issues.. I dont know why .. I never had the issues in shared hosting

How can I tell what's causing this?

Is extracpus = 0 the default setting?

If I increase extracpus, what should I increase it to?
IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
This is cPanel stats runner on server.XXXXXXXXXX.com!
While processing the log files for user XXXXXXXXXX, the cpu has been
maxed out for more than a 6 hour period. The current load/uptime line on the server at the time of
    this email is
    05:00:52 up 2 days, 15:02, 0 users, load average: 57.85, 69.05, 71.65
You should check the server to see why the load is so high and take
steps to lower the load. If you want stats to continue to run even with a high load; Edit
/var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then 0 (run
/usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes).

A quick top command should tell you what using so much process!! Then you can narrow it down from there. Your loads are way too high. Check the top and see what causes this. Could be a rootkit. Let us know ASAP so we can help you out.
