CPU heat - query

    i got following report from 'CPUID HWMonitor' after one hour of normal operation my PC.
    i cannot understand the table readings.
    Anyway, is it ok?
    or i need to add better cooling arrangements?

    PC Configuration
    Athlon2 X2 250
    Nvidia GF 8400GS 512MB
    3GB RAM
    500GB HDD
    Zebronics Mini atx cabinet

    That's really hot. Have you applied thermal paste? And if so, did you apply it the correct way?

    You may need to tweak the airflow in your machine. My CPU idles at 34'c, 85'c is scary.

    If your BIOS has a CPU temp reading (which it most probably will), have a look at that. If your CPU is really running at 85c, then you're in trouble.
    My ancient Athlon XP2800+ idles at 44c (peaks at about 50c under load), with an old Panaflo barely spinning on the heat sink, and NO case fans.

    EDIT: Just realized that you're talking about your Nvidia chip, not your main CPU. Oops.

    Isn't nForce3 Pro the board chipset? I think that's normal temperature.
