CPMStar and adsense/Traffic Revenue and adsense?

    1. Can you have CPMStar and Adsense ads on the same page?
    2. Can you have Traffic Revenue and Adsense ads on the same page?

    yes sure, you can have around 4 or 5 different ads in the same page. Just you will get low click as all clicks are shared to different account.
