    im experimenting with komli.com behavorial targetting.... looks pretty good their cpm and payouts i thnk they have paypal///their site aint tht descriptive but

    I have used komli.com and i prefer not to use them! They have a very very low cpm rate! :(

    i think they use yieldmanager (the same as cpx).that says it all. :D
