Yes, I would, if it fit the spot and I liked working with the ad provider. I'd obviously want to know it paid out less before I placed the ad (and the reason why) but I'd be happier with 40% less for the zone than the zero it would produce if it were blank... and I'd also appreciate the advertiser's honesty in explaining why, as that would help me consider my other ad spots' sizes and ways to optimise.

Maybe it's just me. Maybe I overestimate the importance of working with a provider I like, as opposed to necessarily the one with the absolute best prices. Maybe I just like having lots of options available...!

And I know for a fact that I've had to find another provider for two such ad spots on my own sites because you don't do them - OK, so my 10 impressions won't make a massive difference to you (!) but someone with a million hits might.

Personally I'd put it in: 40% less income is still 60% more than nothing. But that's purely an outsider's point of view, from someone who knows diddly about running an ad program.

 

It would be great if more publishers would think like this, unfortunately they don't. They don't care if there's an ad for that spot or not, all they care at the end of the day is the earnings they made. So while, you may be happy with smaller earnings, most don't. So, there's nothing we can do.

You requested the payment today, it will be processed tomorrow morning (not today).

You should know this as you received a payment almost every day, so please don't post each and every day. It's enough to create a support ticket.

The fill rate won't be 100% for this countries, however we have some campaigns running for this countries.
I would suggest using the CPV ads as well.
