They seldom respond to emails. However, in all probability, your request will be taken care of. You can alternatively do the following: 1. Go to My Account section and delete your PayPal ID from there. Then click on Save Changes. They will be forced to ask your alternative payment option when next payout comes. 2. Use the Contact Form here -> http://www.cpmfun.com/contact.php to get in touch with them. They may reply. Regards, Deb
