    Hello
For some time I worked with CPMBuster and CPM was quite high. A few months accumulated a large sum. But after I requested a withdrawal manager had disappeared and my requests no answer. Statistics in the account was automatically canceled. Is there anyone who encountered something similar from them? Here is their website: cpmbooster.com

What was the general range of CPM's you were seeing? CPMBooster is owned by a company called Headway Digital, so you might want to contact someone there to get to the bottom of that situation.

Thanks for the answer. CPM was about 0.40$ for their banners

0.40c cpm itself tells me they are already scamming or may end up scamming, I have not seen any paying network offer such rate

Not that I like to disagree with you or self promote... but PremiumCPM has publishers doing $0.50+ CPMs and we pay. The rates don't make the scam, the people/company do/does.

I am not denying for the rate, I am denying that its not for every other website, some good network offer that rate, though who offer they are very careful and do not accept either all website or do not accept all traffic, I am pretty sure PremiumCPM must be offering it only to highest quality traffic not to everyone.

If a network offer such rate to everyone then they going to close soon, because it does not make sense for an advertiser to pay same rate for low and premium both.

Its not just PremiumCPM there are many network who offer that rate but again only for quality, if not then I would suspect on PremiumCPM also.
