    When you say you are after CPM provider do you mean for pop ups/unders or banners?

    Either way I would recommend Tribal Fusion, Burst Media, Casale Media and ValueClick to start with.

    AdPepper, CPX Interactive, Right Media, Realtech and Joetec are also relaible networks.
