I have used the first CPM network listed here. I am currently using it on my entertainment site. They allow one of each banner format to be used per page. I am using all their 3 formats where I am earning around $0.50 - $0.65 CPM on each banner ad format. That's giving me around $1.50 - $1.95 CPM on every 1,000 pageviews. You can also use their popunders aswell, but I don't personally use them. This is a reputable network and always have paid me on time, everytime. The sort of ads they have are orange mobile ads, msn ads, smiles, etc. They have good ads and is one of the top networks online. VCM is also another one which is also in the link that I have given you. I don't find it as good as the first network that I have mentioned, but is still a very good paying site and also have good banners. Good luck anyway.
