CPM Rates

    Do we get the same ad rates for all kind of format 728x90, 300x250 and 468x60 ?

    From all of the ones I have used, it doesnt matter, but the sizes are all about the same.

    Actually from what I used 300x250 is the highest paying rate then 728x90 then 468x60... I use this service that paid 50c CPM for 300x250 40c CPM for 728x90 and 30c for 460x60
