Is there such a thing as a good cpm program that gets back to you after submitting an application? I've tried all the top tiers, burst, fast click, casale etc. and never hear back. Nice business model they have. Surely someone wants 10K unique visitors per day with targetted traffic.
You mean no email at all? or you got rejected? You must wait a few days before an answer arrives... and you can allways contact them to see what happened... You can try Axill, I think they more opened to new accounts, and at least you can test them and make some revenue before you get accepted by other networks (and Axill acc.man. allways answer to your emails, even if you get rejected )
Yes, I never hear back from any of them, except one generic, sorry your site isn't suitable with no explanation. You would think 1 million page views per month would work for them, but apparently not. I have heard back from Axil and they are timely on their emails. Unfortunately only .30/cpm which is OK, but hopefully something could pay a bit more.
