CPM - PopUnder Network

    Hi Guys - Can any one suggest me the popup network (pop under). That has decent traffic from USA & Canada.

    I am looking for both low cost cpm and high cost cpm

    Popads - I use them as an advertiser and as a publisher.
    Popcash are ok too

    I think PropellerAds is the best option for PopUnder Ads. They are offering any targeting opportunities (by geo, day parting, by frequency capping, by OS, by device, by ad placement and site). I suggest you to take a look on PropellerAds Media.

    Pop-under Ads open in another program window which is covered up under the primary dynamic window. They don't irritate the client and are visible once the primary program window is either shut or minimized.
