CPM - Personal Experiences?

I haven't been on these forums in quite some time and they've changed quite a bit. I know I am posting under PPC while my topic pertains to CPM but I figure this may be the most relevant forum to post it under.

My issue is I am looking for a good CPM ad agency. I have dealt with some media buyers in the past but while I am in a dry spell with them I need to fill my site with decent ads. I receive on average 12 million page impressions per month. The site I operate is a localized teen social networking site with a touch of editorial. I don't want to discuss revenue but for the last 6 months I've been barely earning enough to cover the cost of the server bill. In the previous years I had been earning about 3 times +.

I had dealt with CPXinteractive however I feel as though they are scam artists. I published their ads, and logged in to the account where it showed I had 3,500$ month after month accrued. However I kept receiving cheques for 400$. I asked them whats going on adn they said I reached my "CPM MAX". Currently the only company I am dealing with is Tribal Fushion who I have found to be decent but still, I've seen much better months.

Does anyone have experience with CPM publishers? Let me know of any legit companies out there.

    Thanks in advance,
    Ben

adbrite is paying high for CPM BUT the problem is they dont have many advertisers for CPM. That leave the ad spots frequently like "Advertise with us: Adbrite" which is useless (less paid) for publishers.

CPX IS not good at all, they are just like ADBRITE, both of these companies should be used as a last resort, when you have no other choice.

I highly recommend you try AdsDaQ.com ~ You get to name your own CPM price and it will try to fill it, if "it" can't fill it, it redirects the ads to your 2nd tier, try it out for a month or two, don't judge this system only after a week, believe me.
