Actually it is completly up to your users behavior. In my opinion its better if you try both of them then compare the results.

if you get approved for cpm, you can start directing cheap traffic to generate lots of impressions do cpm programs require some minimum click through ratio or just impressions are fine?
Buying traffic for porn websites is not the easiest thing to do. Many providers like Google do not allow porn website advertising. I'm not sure if either CPM or PPC would be the right choice. If your website is great and you have some skills with conversion optimization you should be able do do some great affiliate work also - but that depends on how much you will get pr lead/sale.
You'll have to test both. If your users have a high interaction rate, CPC would probably be better. If not, go with CPM. Split test different models, placements and ads. It's going to take some serious optimization to maximize your revenue.
