I am wanting to know if there are any CPM ad networks that will allow me to sign up and let the members of my site sign up and receive a % of the profits. Does anyone know of such a network. CPV would be ok too as long as it was an in page pop, interestrial, or layer ad. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Please don't say Google I really do not like Google and want nothing to do with them.
