CPM network that accepts new websites?

    Hello.

I am looking for a CPM network that accepts recently created blogs. My blog - you.uz has about 100k visitors per month from Stumbleupon so CPM would fit best for it, but so far the major CPM networks won't accept it for some reason.

Does anyone know a good paying network (at least 1$ rate) without harsh requirements for websites?

the second one from this list of CPM companies accepts nearly all of the pages. Take a look and try, maybe You'll find something worth attention :)

There's no CPM network without harsh requirements that will pay > $1 cpm for stumbleupon traffic.

creditburner is Pay to Self Promote - You simply promote Creditburner or companies which creditburner owns :).

Credit burner loads too slow. Sometimes they redirects you to another site

They might load slow, but it's the best option to convert low-quality traffic :) Also, I haven't noticed any malicious scripts.
