CPM network offers 60% - is that fair?

    Hi everyone, I FINALLY have been accepted by a CPM network. The company is Adtegrity and I am dealing with Todd, who seems like a really cool guy!

    Anyway, they are prepared to offer me 60% net rate on CPM. Since I am new to this ... is this fair / the going rate?

    Seems pretty fair from where I stand, but would love advice ...

    Yes, it is fair. In that 40% they provide advertising hosting, and companies that want to advertise. I guess if I had that 40% more, I could not find advertising by myself anyway.
