CPM network for a TV site.

    Hi,

    Just wondering if anyone know a CPM banner network that works with TV site. I get my traffic with yidio and sidereel so I can't put CPA lead in it. I also have adbrite But im still looking for another network that can be better than adbrite.

    Do they pay tvsites? I can't verify advertisers that will pay Tvsites, But I do know that there are sites that makes a profit with cpm banners but don't know what ads network are they publishing with. Some example are wtso.net and cucirca, I don't have any connection or own them but you can see that there are CPM banners in the site and they offer embed vidoes of tv episodes.

    I joined Binlay and smowtion. REALLY disappointed at smowtion due to a really low eCPM much lower than adbrite. Binlay on the other hand has a good CPM rate BUT I want to know how do they check for balance? I have been advertising with them in a couple of days but I only have Open balance and no Confirm balance.
