CPM for proxied pages?

    Can anybody recomend a well paying CPM advertiser which will accept proxy websites (adverts to be placed on proxied pages).

    A while back, Proxy pages we able to have CPM advertisers. Now, its like the black plague. I've seen CPX on proxy sites, you can try them. Not sure if they are CPA or CPM.
