CPM For new site

    that accepts new sites and send payots through paypal
    my site 3 months old

    Claxon Media (claxon.com) accepts new publishers and pays through PayPal.
    They pay net 15, min. payout is $25

    From their website:
    Claxon Media offers you multiple ad formats, accurate stats, timely payments (check, wire, & Paypal), low minimum earning requirements, high fill rates, and the ability to preview ads, opt out of ads, and set up defaults.

    I use them but I don't know if they pay. I just started too.
