CPM for image ads

    i m wondering why my earning can increase while i dont have any clicks yet??
    So, i assume i get revenue from CPM. Is that true?
    If image ads can give me revenue then i can put an image ads on somewhere of my blog. (i only used 2 text ads)
    Any idea with this??

    You're right, you get revenue from CPM, but don't think you can make a decent revenue with CPM.
    I removed image ads from my site because of low CTR and CPC !
    There are many tips that you can use to optimize you ads and get more $.

    Can you tell us what kind of blog you have?

    CPM advertising can be quite lucrative if you have the traffic to support it. Depending on your type of site you can make way more from it than CPC.

    If you have traffic then you can experiment with different ads..
    normally CPC ads performs better.

    i have a video blog.

    my CTR for my text link is about 0.50-0.70%
    i have about 1000++ impression per day..
    so i would consider to use image ads + text links...
