CPM Difference Between Hosted to Non-hosted

    I just want to know, is their any difference between "Hosted to Upgraded Non-hosted" and Direct Non-hosted Adsense Account CPM Rate??

    but someone from Fiverr told me that there is huge difference in cmp between a normal non-hosted ac than a upgrading non-hosted ac.

    Not true at all, the ads display is base on the content and visiter interest/location. By the way, it is CPM, not CMP
