CPM Based Affiliate Programs?

    Hi,

    Anybody knows if there are any good CPM/CPT programs out there that allows me to earn $x for each thousand impressions?

    If not, what are the best affiliate programs for websites with alot of hits/impressions like file hosting sites, ect..
