CPM banners

    Are there any banner advertisers with an average CPM of at least $0.50? If so, what are they?

    I would also like to know the approximate average for CPM banners. Thanks :)

    i've been told tribalfusion are the best if you can get accepted. But i'm not sure about their rate (think it differs depending on the category)
