Hey guys - I know this question has been asking many times before, but which company does DECENT payout for CPM banners on proxified pages? - I have Google Adsense on my index page. It does well. - I have Adversal as a popup on proxified pages. It pays OK. - I am about to try AdBrite but I heard that it doesn't work or does poorly now.
