CPM banner companys that alow proxies?

    They must also have an 300 x 250 pixel banner as that's the size I need.

    Or PPC if there is any other then Adsense. P.s. I signed up to WidgetBucks but never got an email after i filled in their sign up forum?

    Not sure which ones will allow proxies if not if any would as with proxies you are using other peoples content on your own site.
