CPM agencies that allow forums?

No forum for CPM so went with this over CPC.

Does anyone know any agencies that allow forums? I'm on Value Click/VCMedia but they don't allow forums (or didn't last year anyway). So who should I try?

My forum isn't huge .. I get about 30,000 impressions a month at the moment but it was 50-80,000 a while ago. Not sure if that affects who I can apply to.

ValueClickMedia does allow forums. It mentions it in it's TOS. The only problem is that you can't use any of their in-page ads. Also, I'm not sure if they will only accept a forum alone, I think you would have to have a good content site and then maybe if you have a forum in your site then they may accept them sort of sites.

Most good networks don't allow forums mainly because of the poor clickthru rate plus blindness on the ads.

Try LayerAds (see my sig). It's not a banner or popunder network, it uses layers.
