CPM AdNetwork for Eastern Europe traffic?

I am searching for best network for website with mostly Eastern Europe traffic (Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Albania, Greece, Hungary, Slovakia...)
Do you have any experience with this kind of traffic and can you tell me which AdNetwork pays the most? I am looking only for banners and intext ads.
Note that I am using infolinks and that this website is about sport (streaming).

I am still looking for network that something for traffic from Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia...
I have more than 800k pageviews per month for those countries.
From your experience, what can I expect to earn with this traffic?

I did test them, but I found AdCash much better and higher CPM for world wide traffic.
And I am still looking for banner network.

 

Adcash has a lot of negative review and a lot of complaint about getting banned and not paying

 

looks like mostly dp moderators are sleeping, they have rules that no self promotion is allowed and you brake that rules all the time, 100% time you bump thread with popcash and do self promotion, I don't think any forum allows self promotion unless I am wrong.

 

^^ I dont know about payments because this is my first month. I will request payment after 1st of September, and see if they are scam or not. Anyway I was in contact with their support, and they seem very professional and helpful.
I tested eDomz, PopAds, PopCash and AdCash for one week and AdCach is the best for world wide traffic. Sometimes PopAds beat them for traffic from US, UK... but overall AdCash is better. I didn't came across negative reviews about them but, anyhow, I will soon report if they pay or not.
If you have some other popUnder network to reccomend, I am open for suggestions.

I decided to try EPOM, and so far they are not bad as I thought So maybe I will keep them with Adorika and PremiumCPM for banners.

Hello Guys, I already tested and using a few networks, like adcash. I'm only in Hungrian market and with adcash I have really good experience.
the other one wich is delivering a good and cheap traffic is Exoclick. it's an ad network, but with $0,01/CT is good price to make it ROI positive.
Plugrush is working good too. it brings just a small traffic, but with a good conversation.
