I need some network, like adsense, for my gambling site.

How much can I get for a click? I heard that casino business pays the biggest stakes.

    You want to try AdBrite.
I recommend a combination of their standard ad units, inlines and full page ads.
I don't use it on gambling sites, but I'm averaging about 10 cents a click on general type sites.

CpmStar is a cpm ad network and he is looking for ppc ad network.

AdBrite would be my first recommendation for your site, you would get on average 15 cents per clicks, it may be lower or even higher.

OK, but which network has the most number of gambling advertisers? Where is the biggest CTR? CTR is most important for me.

No-one can tell you that - it's not something that's been measured.
I can tell you that AdBrite are less picky and more reliable than a lot of other companies that accept gambling ads. I can also tell you that I have around a 3% CTR on their inline ads.
