They are SCAM! I have placed their campaigns for 2 month and am about to receive the first payment. Without any notice, I couldn’t log in my account. I sent email to Kelly O’Brien who was my account manager and she replied back to me: “Good afternoon. After researching your account I noticed compliance has suspended your account due to your traffic. The majority of your leads were coming from Korean browser language for U.S. related offers. You may email if you have any further questions.†I mailed to compliance about my account. They said: “Since your account has been deemed fraudulent you are in breach of the Terms & Conditions that you signed when applying, so therefore your revenue has been forfeited.†Their Terms & Conditions is "Y. Your traffic must come from relevant countries to the campaigns. We monitor IP source and will remove credit for non-country relevant traffic. This means english related campaigns must be delivered to english speaking countries. USA based campaigns must be delivered to USA based citizens, and so forth. (i.e Clicks coming from South America for USA based campaigns may not result in credit)." As a publisher, if you can monitor all the visitors (IPs) and prevent them from clicking the right campaign, go head! They claim it is the publisher’s responsibility! Single wrong click suspend your account after your hard work! You get paid ZERO! They never give any notice in advance! They are SCAM!
"Ted", The only scam here is you. We have a zero tolerance for fraud. You were busted for having 80% of the browser you sent fraudulent leads via containing a Korean Browser Language. With USA traffic, maybe 1 or 2 per thousand will show a Korean Browser Language, however with your traffic there was an influx of KO browsers used. Perhaps you need to take your fraud to a network that is less sophisticated with technology. You did not earn this money honestly, and therefore we will not support you and your fraud by paying you for it. In fact we reversed it to our merchant already and refused to let them pay for the junk you sent us.
