It's really useless to make such posts here, Vito has been pretty active on AIM, shoot him a message, you'll find your answer.
cpatank? i never heard of them before may be yet another hasoffers network. my simple advice is stay away from unknown and new stupid networks specially the ones built on super cheap hasoffers system 2cents.
Well said. But there're many good reliable cpa networks that using hasoffers system, like CPATrend, EnvyusMedia, CPATank, AffiliateCashPile, Dandingo, Axon Media Group and DankCash etc... Not all hasoffers networks are worthless.
There are new HassOffers networks that are legit and pay. Don't put them all in a single basket. Regarding Vit0 i think he is one of the most active AM's i ever seen.
i looked @ affiliatepaying website maybe two weeks ago and I think something like 6/10 networks listed were on hasoffers
HasOffers gets a bad wrap because they offer a low cost tracking system and it allows people with no money to setup a network and a lot of the time these people have no business running a network - whether is be lack of funds, lack of experience, and just overall lack of total management that is involved in running a network. It certainly isn't easy and you definitely need to know all aspects of the business. We run HasOffers on the frontend and our backend is completely custom including the framework. The backend consists of a extremely robust and advance fraud analytical system that analyzes every click that runs through the network. As much as people put down HasOffers they actually have one of the most robust APIs in regard to what data you can pull and feed into an external system such as we built. We looked at LinkTrust which is a common tracking system that has been aroudn for a while and it doesn't have half of the capability that HasOffers does. HasOffers is also willing to take input and implement features as they have done for us - talk about being dedicated to the customer! As mtmjohn said... There are a lot of good HasOffers networks. The problem is it's just that much harder for potential affiliates to decipher which HasOffers network is legit and which one isn't. It's sad actually because like I said HasOffers really does have a robust system. Part of me wishes they would raise the price because it would weed out a lot of the people that have no business running a network. But then again it's nice paying for something that is far superior than other tracking systems and less expensive - Not that I care what the price is but that right there is pretty damn nice! Brian

Agree. @hyipbbs, Try to contact Vito via AIM, I am sure he will pay you as long as you did nothing wrong. Good luck.
Have you tried to contact all their affiliate managers, here's the contact info page: http://www.cpatank.com/contact.php Hope that helps
only cpatank4 is always online to chat but she is not incharge in approvals.maybe its because of time gap between our countries...its night to us ,its morning to them.. mind you, cpatank4 is very friendly chatter..I prefer Aim than emailing. by the way thanks john about Ewa network he replied to my message here.
Not really the hasoffer network listed above along with affilion use enterprise versions, i don't know what the other tracking sites charge but i know hasoffers cause i have a Small private network. basic $99 month with one free trial month, they need to ditch the free trial month and this will eliminate 75% of the scam networks created daily giving hasoffer a bad rep. Pro $279 a Month Enterprise is $799 a month. Not all hasoffer sites are bad especially the ones paying for Enterprise version but yes a lot of them are thanks to there free trial BS
