    Check to see if is updated at latest version. Also, a restart can fix it.

    To be honest, your hosting provider seems like a big joke. Just choose a trusted hosting and you won't have any issues (eg. hostgator). ;)

    It is difficult for us to find the reason of your problem since there are two possible scenarios:

    1. Maybe you have overlooked something and you are doing some mistake.
    2. It is possible there is a problem with your web host.

    In both cases, you hosting provider should be able to help you. Simply contact the support, explain them what have you exactly done and what happened. They will probably help you solve the problem. If not, I recommend to do exactly what copxxx said.

    If your client is using a different server you need to login to that cpanel to make changes. There is no other solution except to have them change their name servers back to yours, so the site is being server from your server again.

    I know what the problem is.
    Often users login to cpannel by using:
    yoursite.com:2082

    instead, use the ip address;
    yourip:2082
    using the ip address to access cpannel allows you to login regardless of the state of the DNS servers or where they actually point to. This is important to use this method so that when moving between servers, you can still access both, whereas logging into cpanel from yoursite.com:2082 only lets you login the cpanel the the DNS servers point to.
