    Actually management is not such hard thing. You could do it with the help of cpanel.net techs. They are simply superb.

    Unmanaged = low cost.

    About my experience with Suntex hosting:

    DO NOT GO WITH THE VPS SERVICE.

    Before I purchased the pack the guy was online with me in gtalk and helped me in placing the order. I asked me a couple of qns and he told all those required to generate the invoice. After that when I made the payment, I received a mail frm suntexhosting abt the details of my account but the information contained in that are all fake for generating invoice (As he told me). Now I m too confuse about so many things and wanted to discuss the details wth him but he has not come online even after 24 hours. The whole suntexhosting site was down after that and billing was also not working. I sent him many PMs and mail but no reply frm him.

    So even after 24 hours I hv not been able to use the service. I hv asked for a refund as I do not want to go wth such a reckless provider. Beside that I hv got help frm people whom I hv not paid a penny ad they are here in DP.

    So if you are serious about the VPS do not PURCHASE FROM SUNTEX HOSTING. I am waiting for my refund and will update soon when I will receive the refund.

    We already sent all the information regarding your VPS.
    The LxAdmin control panel login as well as server root logins are included in it.

    You said you have tons of doubts, I already spent lot of hours with you describing the basic things like what is ssh , difference between control panels, etc etc before you purchase vps.

    But you haven't sent any of your doubts to us. I am not the only one here, I cant provide 24x7 online chat using gTalk. You need to send us an email to support@suntexhosting.com or open a support ticket using our billing system at http://billing.suntexhosting.com so that my colleagues can reply your ticket and thus solve any issues. This is the procedure we are following since 1 year and found no complaints from our clients, like you did it now.

    I still recommend you to continue with the vps and let us know if you have any questions.

    Moreover, I saw you online many times today, but you were idle and or didnt ask me anything.

    I cant give promise that all offline msgs will get answered. You need to open a support ticket or send mail to support@suntexhosting.com

    PLUS, WE HAVE AN ONLINE FORUM AT http://forum.suntexhosting.com , You can also type your questions there.

    You didnt follow anything and making complaints because you don't know anything about VPS.

    Management for em is a must, I don't have time to do it and is always good to have it in case of an emergency, you never know when you will mess up your VPS. Management is a must, and if this is your first VPS, get it. Trust me, you will need it and I guess you need it cause of the post above by Suntex.

    Yes, All our servers are unmanaged unless specified. Those kind of posts are normal if that guy don't know vps management. It happens with every vps provider, good example= Cameron :)

    This message u re are refering to is when u came online at around 9 PM IST and I reminded u tht I hv submitted support ticket and when u saw tht I hv asked for refund only then it came to ur mind to reply me.

    I do not want my VPS to be managed by some one else, But I just need it to be well set up wit proper explanation.

    BTW I hv not heard of anything from him regarding my refund.

    I hv already signed up with 3 VPS providers frm DP and I never faced any issues at all with any of the other two. I will be writing review about them here and alos in my site.

    If u guys still wish to go for SUNTEX HOSTING go at ur own risk.

    I just got your question. You don't even know how to login to your server via ssh. You don't even know how to make nameservers. I also told you that the information we are collecting when you signup , is just for billing purpose like nameserver details etc, using WHMCS .

    And you thought that we will register those nameservers for you ? How ? We dont have your domain control panel ?

    The VPS is unmanaged , means you have to setup all. We install OS as well as Control Panel only. Rest is yours

    We are not providing refunds for vps packages.

    Personally I feel like I am playing with a kid , no hard feelings since you dont know anything what you are doing man!
