    Hello,

The issue with parked domain is that it is an alias for redirection.

Mean it will load the same contents as the primary domain, cPanel will not allow you to assign dedicated IP to parked domain, add-on domain and subdomain directly.

However, if you manage to make the changes in the Apache config file manually which is done in the above links it might work but if any update is applied it will break the config file and all changes will be lost.

There is some web hosting company that allow you to assign dedicated IP to either domain, addon or parked domain.
I have encounter 1 before and i can't recall which one to be exact. It has been quit many years ago when i switching domain name and the old domain is set as to redirect to new domain. Alternative that i have at the time is either to choose domain redirection or parked domain. And they allows private IP for both cases (as i remember). You have to check with your web host, you might be in luck.
