That's another reason why I don't do that. I have no problem selling but over selling is no good and I must keep things running smoothly.
Who doesn't over sell now these days? look around you the biggest hosting companies are the ones who sell Unlimited. Not having the resource is one thing, but when you have it your allowed to over sell it. I own 3 servers at softlayer data center Xeon 5600 Series each with 2 x 500GB hard drives and 6GB DDR3 RAM. My first one is just now getting half way full.
Plus is not like I'm selling Unlimited hosting for $1/month like most starters around here, my cheapest plan is $6.95/monthly.
