how long does setup take?

 

So is cPanel free with every plan? I am a little confused because of your title.

 

Title says cPanel VPS from $30/m

cPanel comes free with VPSIP2 and VPSIP3. VPSIP1 does not support cPanel.

Okay, just to be clear: VPSIP2, which costs $22/month, does come with cPanel?

 

I think it does, however, 256mb of ram ent very good for running cPanel. I'd recomend VPSIP3, thats what I have just ordered, still waiting for a reply regarding my set up time.

And what's up with the negative feedback? Are these servers going to have issues?

Are proxies allowed? (I know you said you allow rapidleech and that's our server, but I just want to be sure before I spend $30 per month.)

Lastly, do we pick if we want unmetered bandwidth or a bandwidth limit? How does that work.

Yes, VPSIP2 and VPSIP3 have cpanel included for free(of course, if you select them)

The negative feedback regarding our VPS service was just relating to a particular node, and that was a hardware issue.

if you choose the unmetered bandwidth, you're capped at the limit. if you choose metered, you're allowed to transfer upto 100 mbit, as port allows.

I am not sure rapidleech is a proxy script. is it? Though, you transfer files, but I do not see any issue with that as long as files are all legal. To clarify, proxies are not allowed.
