Cpanel url redirecting to host.domainname.com:2083

I have installed cpanel on my digital ocean cloud server and its working fine.

But sometimes i am getting issues when login to cpanel. Its getting redirected to host.domainname:2083 and getting error page.
Out of 10 attempts only 1 attempts got successfull.

Does anyone know whats the issues behind it ? and How to fix it.

The obvious question to ask is: What does the error message say?

    check this out;

    https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/Tweak+Settings+-+Redirection

    Note:

When a user accesses cPanel, WHM, or Webmail on an SSL/TLS port with the HTTP protocol, the web server redirects the user to the URL of the server's hostname with the HTTPS protocol. For example, if the server's hostname is host.examplehost.com, http://www.example.com:2083 will direct the user to the https:// host.e xamplehost.coee:2083 location.

    Important:

The Always redirect to SSL, Non-SSL redirect destination, and SSL redirect destination settings apply when visitors attempt to access the following URLs:

    www.example.com/cpanel
    www.example.com/webmail
    www.example.com/whm
These settings do not apply to the following URLs:

    cpanel.example.com
    webmail.example.com
    whm.example.com

    Look here:
    https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/Change+Hostname
    https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/cannot-access-cpanel-log-in-page.195401/

I don't know your hostname/URL so I can't check the DNS entry for it to see what is missing. That's what the error message is saying.

Try entering through WHM (IP address and port 2087 like: 123.123.123.123:2087), not cPanel. See the link above about setting up a hostname. I have to assume you have already done it and created a cPanel account in WHM. I can't tell without more information.

If you are using the server to manage your DNS, the server itself should set up the DNS for host.domain.com, assuming that you went into WHM and set it up or you entered that information when you created your server instance. It should be a simple problem to fix when you can provide more information. :)
