    Create a database without logging into cpanel. Using a form where to enter the desired database information (database name, username and password) and a opportunity to upload your sql dump. If your internet connection is fast when uploading you can create a database & import your sql dump in 5 seconds.
    How is this not the same as creating a db in cpanel. If your a web developer understanding the benefit would be simple when using this Cpanel SQL Database Tool.
