cPanel Logs are too big and dosn't remove the previous month's archived logs???

    hello guys
    i have a problem with my cpanel
    the archive logs are too big the cpanel doesn't remove the previous archive loge as i have checked the box to do it automatically

    i have checked the box but the cpanel still doesn't remove the previous month's archived logs
    i have logs since 2010!!!!

    Are the cron jobs in place? CPanel does offer free support for this type of thing. Open up a ticket?
