Hey, I recently found out that I lost my cpanel password, and I have emailed my hosting company multiple times, at all kinds of different emails, but I am not getting any replys. They do not have any password recover on their site, and I need in their. Do any of you know how to get my password any other way? Thanks!
As far as I know, only your hosting provider can reset your cPanel password. Try contacting them again
Just what Treyu wrote, only your hosting company can reset your Cpanel password. If you don't receive any reply from them through email, try contacting them via live chat support or just phone them. - Dynashox -
haha, I would love to call them, but they don't have a number to call them at. It's a real cheezy site, but the price to too good to beat, lol. I guess now I learned the fact of "To Good To Be True". Well, w/e, i'll just go elsewhere. Thanks guys!!
you get what you pay for, you pay for cheap hosting you usually end up losing out in these kinda situations. i guess they are still charging your bill tho
Your hosting provider should have a ticket system setup where you could ask. They have full control over the account so without them your probally not going to get back in the account!
