Hi It is a few days that I'm getting the message " Cannot Read License File" upon cpanel login. we have contacted cpanel.net but they are not replying. Has anyone experienced it before? our license should have been active for at least 9 month, i don't know what's happened to cpanel.net
If you bought the license from them have you tried phoning them during business hours? That is what I'd do in this case if they're not responding to emails or maybe post on their forums?
Did you tried to change your hostname? Try to fix your host name from ssh then reboot your server. Then wait 3-4 hour it will fix your problem.
