    Hey,

I'm having some trouble with one of my sites.

When I log into the cPanel, there are no icons.

However, I can still access the relevant sections, if I go direct to the URL.

For example, rather than signing into cPanel and clicking on the icon (such as 'File Manager), if I go to wwwwebsiteexamplecom:2082/frontend/x/files/index, then I can get to the File Manager.

The only thing I get when signing into cPanel is the menu on the left. And under 'Ftp Accounts', I get the following message -

    Can anyone offer any advice?

    Many thanks

    Dan

Well if you have root access to server then upgrade your cpanel using SSH command,

    /scripts/upcp

and if u r using shared hosting then better would be to contact your web hosting company they will solve it for you.

    Regards.
