Cpanel data transer help needed

    Can anyone advise please?
    I have a site i moved and didnt have back up on my pc (the short story!)
    I have cpanel access to my old server (admin)
    How do i download and upload to new site?
    Cannot access via ftp as the domain moved.

    you can access your old site via ftp this way:

    FTP: your-hosting-provider.com or its IP address
    user: your old username
    pass: your old password

    That's it.

    If you have access to cPanel for the old accounts, then you can simply use the IP, as Pat mentioned above, by either using the IP address as the FTP Host Address or by visiting http://SERVER_IP_ADDRESS:2082 (or 2083) to download a backup file.

    eezy, not sure if you did this intentionally or not, however, your 3rd sig link is broken, it uses a comma instead of a period.

    you can access your site if you know you old host ip address, if you dont, you can look domaintools.com for this. http://ip:2082 this code will be redirect you directly you old host control panel (cpanel).

    There is a fact; if your host deleted your account you will be unable to login whether via FTP, IP's Cpanel, etc.

    If you simply move on to a new server without getting deleted the account your files are intact, otherwise gone.
