Sup everyone? ok here is my dilemma. Right now i have a dedicated server with web host manager/cpanel. Runnining me about $200 a month. My goal is to just set up a spare server i have at work and run my sites from there. Now I love Cpanel but its so expensive. Im willing to use and alternative. Im looking to maybe install free bsd on the server i have. Im curious if there are cpanel alternatives that can grab the sites i have on my existing server and bring them over to the new server like cpanel does.
I basically have a free server sitting here. P4 3ghz 1 gig ram and a mirrored raid. 2 75 gig drives. Anyone have any ideas of what to set it up with? Let me know what you think or have used in the past. Thanks

I have used VHCS2 in the past. It is very basic and probably won;t do what you want regards moving accounts over... but it is FREE :)

Why don't you rent a Cpanel license for $50/month or something like that? There are specialized sites for that

Go directadmin... you can get it at $7-$12/mo for a leased license.
