CPAlead with wordpress

If I want to put cpalead so the user sees this before a post where do I place the widget code?

 

go to appearance in the wordpress admin dashboard and click "editor" option and then on the right side you will see the different sections.. click on "single.php" and then just on that after the header (if there is header code) put the cpalead code. or just write it on the top or bottom anywhere. that will just do it.

 

or use the official cpalead plugin then you can set which posts or categories display the gateway and which ones don't
